HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Orders can be placed on our website www.spencers.ph. You have the option to pay via Paypal or Bank transfer.

For Paypal payments: After order page confirmation, you will be automatically redirected to Paypal to input card details. Payment will be automatically acknowledged (no need to send proof of payment) and email notification will be received*. Wait for your orders in 1-2 days.

For bank payment: Once order is placed, order confirmation with bank details will be sent to your email*. You may reply to the email with your proof of payment. Wait for your orders in 1-2 days.

*If you did not receive any email notification, there might be a mistake on the email entered, you may reach out to us to help you fix it.

For a more hassle-free shopping, you may also send us a message on Instagram or Facebook, and have our staff place orders for you. Order confirmation will be sent to your email for verification.

 

WHAT AREAS ARE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?

We cover same-day delivery for Metro Manila cities, and nearby cities (Bulacan, Antipolo, Taytay, Rizal, Cavite, Sta Rosa and San Pablo Laguna). Deliveries will be handled by our trusted couriers (Lalamove and Mr. Speedy). Customer may also opt for Pick up/ Self-booking upon check out. 

We also cater to areas outside NCR (nationwide) via LBC/JRS.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE REPLACEMENT ON MANUFACTURE DEFECT/ DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT?

Guaranteed! Please send us a message on IG:spencers.ph / Facebook: Spencers Concept or email us at hi@spencers.ph to give us details about the damaged items. We’ll be glad to replace it (shipping on us).

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

NCR: For orders paid and confirmed before 11am (We only delivery from Monday-Saturday) can be delivered the same day, otherwise please expect to be delivered next working day.

OUTSIDE NCR: Due to GCQ/MGCQ restrictions, please allot 5-10 days for delivery of items. We have scheduled provincial pick up/delivery every Thursday.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE CANCELLED?

Order will only be manually cancelled once order is unpaid after few days and customer cannot be reached (unresponsive). To avoid cancellation, please pay within 24 hours (or the next working day – weekends extended).

Just let us know if payment cannot be made within 24 hours, we are glad to make special arrangements for you.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE AND MINIMUM ORDER?

We offer fixed delivery fee for Metro Manila and nearby cities (ranges from 100-220php). We do the booking and payment to our riders. This is to ensure and promote contactless delivery. You may also opt for self booking/pick up.

Enjoy FREE DELIVERY for minimum order 3,500 (within NCR) 

For outside NCR deliveries, since payment is calculated by volumetric measurement, we offer Cash of Delivery for the SHIPPING FEE only (not for the items). To give you an idea on the shipping fee in your area, please refer to: https://www.lbcexpress.com/cash-on-delivery

DO YOU ACCEPT COD? WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Unfortunately, for now we don’t have the  COD option. But we offer various payment options: Major Debit and Credit cards via Paypal, and Bank and Money transfer via Gcash, BDO, RCBC and BPI.

For bank transfer: Once order is placed, bank details will be sent to your email for reference. Please make payment within 24 hours (or next working day – weekends extended)

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand that there might be change of mind when order is placed, so do not hesitate to message us at hi@spencers.ph or on our IG account: spencers.ph if you request for order cancellation.

We will also be reminding those unpaid orders before our system cancels your orders. 

 

WHERE DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once order is placed and paid, payment notification will be sent with the expected date of item delivery. For orders paid before 11am, please expect it the same day, otherwise pls expect it the next day.

We send an update via email/SMS once our rider has picked up your orders and is on the way for delivery. You may also send us your personal request on delivery time and rest assured we’ll deliver on the requested date and time.

For Outside NCR, our weekly cut off for LBC pick up is every Thursday, please allot 5-10 days for your orders to arrive.

CAN I WALK IN TO ORDER AND CAN I PICK UP THE ITEMS?

We currently don’t allow walk in customer due to restrictions in our area, however you may opt to do self-pick up. Contact number of pick-up details will be provided upon order confirmation.

CAN I REQUEST FOR GIFT WRAPPING?

Absolutely! Just input the details under Special Request box before you check out or email us for details once order is placed. Gift wrapping is FREE (no minimum order amount) – includes greeting card, wrapping paper and ribbon.
